咬合板在Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期牙周炎治疗中的应用

摘要： 2018年牙周病和植体周病国际新分类中提出，Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期牙周炎患者常伴有牙齿松动、咬合紊乱、继发性𬌗创伤。此外，牙周手术后患牙松动度增加，会进一步加重咬合创伤。传统的调𬌗与牙周夹板等治疗方法存在一定局限性。文章探讨咬合板作为一种新型牙周治疗辅助方法的应用价值，并重点分析软弹性咬合板与硬质咬合板的作用。咬合板能够有效分散咬合力，实现𬌗向固定作用，为提高Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期牙周炎患者的临床治疗效果提供新的治疗手段。

Abstract: The 2018 new international classification of periodontal and peri-implant diseases points out that patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ periodontitis often have tooth mobility，occlusal disorders，and secondary occlusal trauma. In addition，increased mobility of the affected teeth after periodontal surgery can further aggravate occlusal trauma. Traditional treatment methods such as occlusal adjustment and periodontal splinting have certain limitations. This article explores the application value of occlusal splints as a novel adjunctive approach in periodontal therapy，with a particular focus on the roles of soft elastic occlusal splints and hard occlusal splints. Occlusal splints can effectively distribute occlusal forces and achieve a splinting effect on the dentition，providing a new therapeutic modality to improve clinical outcomes in patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ periodontitis.
