浅谈根管解剖形态

摘要： 一个成功的根管治疗包括正确的诊断、充分的根管预备和完善的根管充填，而这些步骤成功的基础是对根管形态的充分掌握。变异根管的错误诊断和治疗以及根管遗漏是造成根管治疗失败的主要原因。本文对根管解剖形态、根管数目的确定方法、临床常见的变异根管形态及根管形态研究方法的发展进行简要介绍。

Abstract: Successful endodontic treatment involves accurate diagnosis，sufficient root canal preparation and proper obturation，which are based on a thorough knowledge of root canal morphology. The wrong diagnosis and treatment of aberrant root canal and the incidence of a missed canal are the most important factors in endodontic treatment failure. This article is a review of the root canal morphology，methods of determining the actual number of root canals present，aberrant root canal morphology and the development of methods of root canal morphology research.
