多曲方丝弓技术矫治恒牙期单侧后牙反牙合疗效评价

摘要: 目的    探讨多曲方丝弓技术(MEAW)矫治恒牙列单侧后牙反牙合,改善功能性下颌偏斜的疗效。方法    选取2007—2010年就诊于山西医科大学口腔医院正畸科门诊的安氏Ⅲ类错牙合伴下颌偏斜患者10例,排齐整平牙列,采用MEAW技术调整后牙在三维方向上的位置,配合双侧不对称的短Ⅱ类和短Ⅲ类牵引,调整上下中线。拍摄矫治前后X线片并进行头影测量分析。结果    10例患者均取得良好矫治效果,矫治后磨牙为中性关系,覆牙合覆盖正常。结论    轻度恒牙列单侧后牙反牙合患者通过MEAW技术可有效纠正磨牙关系及下颌偏斜。

Abstract: Objective    To compare the cephalometic changes before and after treatment,and evaluate the effects of multiloop edgewise aech wire(MEAW) technique in the treatment of permanent unilateral posterior crossbite and correction of functional mandibular deviations. Methods    Ten patients of class Ⅲ malocclusion with mandibular deviations were selected and corrected with multiloop edgewise arch wire technique to modify the position of posterior teeth in three dimentions and to correct midline irregularity with short Ⅱ elastic used on asymmetry side and short Ⅲ elastic on the other side. The cephalometic radiographs were taken before and after procedure and the effects were evaluated by the cephalometrics. Results    Gratified results were achieved in 10 cases with molar relationships class Ⅲ,overbite and overjet being normal. Conclusion    Moderate permanent unilateral posterior crossbite can be corrected successfully by multiloop edgewise arch wire technique.
