摘要:

优良的种植体应具有良好的生物力学相容性,过大或过小的应力均可引起牙周骨组织的吸收或萎缩,从而导致种植义齿的失败。本文对生物力学研究在牙种植体设计中的应用进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Excellent implant should have a good biomechanical compatibility. Too large or too small stress can both lead to the absorption or atrophy of periodontal bone,resulting in the failure of the implant-borne prothesis. This article is a review about the applied progress of biomechanics research in dental implant design.
