金属翼板粘接桥及其临床应用

  • 作者简介:谭京，医学博士，北京大学口腔医学院修复科副主任医师。现为中华口腔医学会会员、国际牙科研究学会（IADR）会员、国家执业医师考试考官。1999—2000年在日本国朝日大学任客座研究员。多年来从事口腔修复临床、教学和科研工作。擅长粘接修复、复杂可摘局部义齿修复以及各种冠桥修复等。在国内外核心期刊发表论文十余篇。参译专著3部。

摘要：

金属翼板粘接桥是以金属翼板为固位体，金属熔附烤瓷为桥体，使用树脂粘接剂粘接在基牙上的一种修复方法。其优点是牙齿磨除量小，避免牙髓损伤，预备时不需麻醉，制取印模不需要排龈等。本文主要介绍金属翼板粘接桥的设计、牙体预备、金属翼板的处理方法、粘接剂等相关问题以及粘接桥的一些特殊使用方法。

Abstract:

Resin-bonded bridge（RBB）is a kind of prosthesis that requires minimal removal of tooth structure，so the potential for pulp trauma is minimal；can be kept entirely supragingival，thus the impression taking is simplified. This paper is related about the design of RBB，tooth preparation，the processing of metal wings. Some modified usage of RBBs was also involved.
