后牙复合树脂粘接修复的几个关键问题

  • 作者简介:陈智，医学博士，武汉大学口腔医学院教授、主任医师。兼任中华口腔医学会理事、牙体牙髓病学专业委员会委员，湖北省口腔医学会副会长，国际牙科研究协会会员，Oral Disease编委，《口腔医学研究》副主编等职。主要从事牙的发育、牙髓生物学和牙体修复方面的研究，包括牙髓细胞的分化和基因调控、复合树脂修复技术的临床应用和评价、微创牙体修复技术等。曾主持国家自然科学基金项目4项。主编专著1部，参编7部。参编卫生部规划教材3部。以通讯作者发表SCI收录论文15篇。

摘要：

复合树脂粘接修复技术近年来发展迅速，许多传统观念发生了彻底改变。本文讨论了后牙复合树脂粘接修复中的几个临床关键问题，回顾了近年来相关研究的最新进展，从而为临床医生提供参考。

Abstract:

With the rapid developemnt of composite resins and adhesive technique，many new conceptions are raised.These include the indications of direct composite resins restoration of posterior teeth，the choice of dentin bonding technique，the principle of tooth preparation，the control of polymerization shrinkage，the sculpture of proximal surface contact and the finishing & polishing techniques. The purpose of this article is to review the recent advances through discussing these key points and to provide the dentist with the current strateages as reference.
