骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形矫治中的美观因素

  • 作者简介:房兵，口腔临床医学博士。现任上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院正颌正畸治疗中心主任医师、教授、硕士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会正畸专业委员会委员、颞颌关节病及牙合学专业委员会常务委员、口腔颌面外科专业委员会正颌学组副组长等职。临床擅长应用舌侧隐形矫正器、唇侧各类矫正器治疗各类青少年及成人牙颌面畸形，以及唇腭裂、牙周病、颞下颌关节紊乱等疾病。专业研究方向是牙颌面骨性畸形的治疗及相关基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金课题、上海市科技委员会课题以及上海市教育委员会课题3项，发表专业论文40余篇，其中英文论文5篇；主译出版著作2部，参编著作5部。

摘要：

提要：骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形以临床中表现为“龅牙”为患者主诉，这种“龅牙”的发生有多种面部骨骼的不协调，不同的骨骼不协调应该对应不同的治疗计划，才能达到面部的外形美观、咬合及肌肉神经的平衡和稳定。本文根据笔者所在单位的大量临床资料，对这一类错牙合畸形的面部特征，提出了具体的面部分析项目作为临床的参考指标，对制定合适的治疗计划有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

Summary： Maxillary protrusion is usually the main complaint of the patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion. Actually this kind of maxillary protrusion has a lot of inharmonious facial skeletal pattern.  Different inharmonious skeleton should have different corresponding treatment plan， which can achieve nice facial shape， and the balance and stability of the occlusion and muscles. This article， based on a lot of clinical data， suggests that some special facial analyzing project can be used as a clinical reference index of this kind of facial malocclusion features， which is of some significance in working out the suitable treatment plans.
