冷光美白技术及其延伸应用

  • 作者简介:张英,医学博士、副教授、副主任医师。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院综合急诊科副主任主持工作,辽宁省口腔医学研究所中西医结合研究室副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会中西医结合专业委员会委员,辽年省口腔医学会口腔内科专业委员会委员,辽宁省免疫学会理事,国际牙外伤学会会员。主要研究方向为口腔黏膜病学、牙齿美学、口腔急症。已经发表学术论文30余篇。参编国家全科医生岗位培训教材。承担并主持辽宁省科研课题2项。曾获辽宁省科技进步奖三等奖,2009年专业学术会议上获牙齿漂白论文奖。

摘要:

提要:牙齿的美容美白治疗是口腔医学美学的重要内容之一,该领域的发展有赖于高科技医疗设备和医疗材料的支撑。冷光美白技术是高科技代表技术之一。其原理是将波长介于480~520 nm的高强度蓝光,经由光纤传导,照射涂在牙齿上的特殊美白剂,快速清除牙齿表面上的色素分子,使牙色变白。冷光美白技术的漂白效果是值得肯定的,但人类牙齿存在个体差异,如何应用该技术实现个性化美白又是美白医生所面临的问题。本文对冷光美白技术的原理、操作步骤进行了回顾,依据自身临床经验对冷光美白技术的延伸应用进行了总结,包括对氟斑牙、无髓变色牙、龋齿、微渗漏着色牙、贴面治疗牙的底色改变、隐裂牙、义齿漂白的治疗,同时对冷光美白技术延伸应用的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:

Summary:Cosmetic whitening treatment of the teeth was an important part of stomatologic estheitics. The development in this field was depended on  high technological  medical equipments and materials. The cold light whitening technology was on behalf of high technology, the principle was through the fiber transmission,the wavelength range of 480~520 nm high-intensity blue light,lighted the whitening agent that painted on the teeth,cleared the pigment molecules on the surface of teeth,so that teeth were whitened. The high efficacy of cold light whitening technology was satisfactory,but the individual tooth was varied from one to others,how to apply the technology to achieve personalized satisfaction was a new problem. In this paper,the principle and operation steps of cold light whitening technology were reviewed. Based on own clinical experience,cold light whitening technology extension application techniques were introduced,such as dental fluorosis,no pulp discolored teeth, dental caries,microleakage between teeth and restoratives,background color change veneer treatment,cracked teeth,denture bleaching treatment. Meanwhile,extending prospect of the application of cold light whitening technology was looked into the future.
