球茎曲与“J”钩联合应用矫治磨牙支抗丧失13例疗效分析

摘要：

目的    探讨球基曲与j钩联合应用技术辅助矫治磨牙支抗丧失效果。方法    2006—2008年厦门市第一医院思明分院拔4颗第一前磨牙进行矫治的患者13例，23颗上颌第一磨牙在采用直丝弓技术矫正治疗过程中出现支抗丧失，联合应用球茎曲与“J”钩对其进行矫治，治疗3～5个月后，观察上颌磨牙向远中、颊向移动情况。结果    13例患者23颗近中移动或倾斜移动的磨牙，联合应用球茎曲与“J”钩治疗后，上颌磨牙平均远中移动（3.97±0.85）mm，颊向平均移动（0.90±0.61）mm，结果有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。13例患者均成功达到磨牙、尖牙一类关系，前牙覆牙合、覆盖正常。结论    联合应用球基曲和“J”钩是一种有效的矫治支抗丧失磨牙向远中方法。

Abstract:

Objective    To study the clinical effect of combined therapy of ball joint loop and J-hook headgear for the loss of moalr anchorage. Methods    Thirteen patients were treated in the First Xiamen Hospital from 2006 to 2008. A total of 23 teeth had anchorage loss during the treatment with straight wire. Combined therapy of ball joint loop and J-hook headgear was used. Observe the treatment results after 3 to 5 months.  Results    After the treatment，the average middle and distal movement was （3.97±0.85）mm，and the average buccal movement was （0.90±0.61）mm. The result had statistical significance（P < 0.05）. Success was achieved in all the 13 patients. Conclusion    Combined therapy of ball joint loop and J-hook headgear is effective in treating loss of molar anchorage.
