摘要:
提要:自锁托槽矫治器以其独特的自结扎方式取代传统结扎形式,实现了低摩擦轻力矫治,促进了牙槽骨的改建,从而使椅旁时间缩短、复诊次数减少,并在快速移动牙齿及减少支抗丧失等方面具有重要的临床意义。同时,自锁托槽矫治器也存在某些局限性。本文回顾了近年来相关文献,从发展历史、结构类型、力学机制、临床使用等方面,对自锁托槽矫治器的特点和临床应用情况进行了综述。

Abstract:
Summary:Using spring clips or caps lock instead of conventional ligation ,self-ligating bracket can offer lower sliding resistance and light force,which enables the alveolar bone to remodel efficiently,and allows shorter chairside time and less visits,making great importance in rapid tooth moving and anchorage control. However,some disadvantages have been reported too. In this article,current research and implication of self-ligating bracket are reviewed concerning developing history,structure forms,force system,and clinical practice.
