新时期口腔科和谐医患关系的构建

摘要: 摘要:随着我国法制建设的不断完善和人们依法维权与自我保护意识的不断增强,临床中医患纠纷有逐步增多的趋势。新形势下,口腔科诊疗中的问题也很突出。口腔疾病的治疗是一项长期、系统的过程,会给患者日常行为带来不便,进而影响患者的生活质量。本文阐述了口腔科医患关系的现状、特殊性、影响因素,并提出了构建和谐医患关系的对策。以期为口腔科医生采取恰当的诊疗行为提供参考,这有利于增强患者接受治疗的信心及依从度,从而建立良好的医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生和提高医疗质量,进而更好的为患者的口腔健康服务。

Abstract: Abstract: With the development of the legislation system, people increasingly lay more emphasis on the civil rights and self-protection, thus argument between doctors and patients gets much frequent;it holds true of dental department. The heal of dental illness is a prolonged process, which greatly impacts patients’ daily life. This article demonstrates the recent state of dentist-patient relationship, the particularility, related factors ,and the strategies about how to build up harmonious dentist-patient relationship,in order to give some advice to dentists;meanwhile,this can give more confidence to patients, so as to get good dentist-patient relationship;what’s more, it guarantees the better medical quality and provides fabulous services for patients.
