前牙钙化根管22例临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨前牙钙化根管治疗的可行性。方法 2003年1月至2005年12月，对郑州市中医院口腔科收集的前牙钙化根管患者22例，通过寻找根管口，行根管治疗术，进行术前、术后X线片观察研究。结果 20例患者顺利完成根管治疗术，2例因根管完全钙化行根尖手术。结论 前牙钙化根管的治疗关键在于根管口的寻找，并进行常规根管治疗术，避免根尖手术或牙拔除术。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of the therapy for calcificational root canal of anterior teeth. Methods By finding root canal entrance，root canal therapy was used to treat calcificational root canal of anterior teeth in 22 cases and make a preoperative and postoperative X-ray study. Results Root canal therapy was finished successfully in 20 cases. The operation of periapical tissue was done due to calcification of root canal entrance in 2 cases . Conclusion The key of the therapy for calcificational root canal of anterior teeth is to find root canal entrance and use root canal therapy to avoid periapical operation and teeth extraction.
