可乐丽菲露SE BOND治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 对比观察可乐丽菲露SE BOND自酸蚀黏结剂和75%氟化钠甘油糊剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法 2007年7月至2008年5月在大连大学附属中山医院口腔科就诊的牙合 面牙本质过敏症患者112例，共196 颗患牙，随机分为治疗组56例103颗患牙，用可乐丽菲露SE BOND自酸蚀黏结剂脱敏治疗;对照组56例93 颗患牙，用75%氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏治疗，在统一标准下进行即刻和3个月后的疗效对照分析。结果 两组之间即刻疗效差异无统计学意义，3个月后的疗效差异具有统计学意义，可乐丽菲露SE BOND自酸蚀黏结剂脱敏效果明显优于氟化钠甘油糊剂。结论 可乐丽菲露SE BOND自酸蚀黏结剂对牙本质过敏症具有较好的临床治疗效果。

Abstract:

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of CLEAFILTM SE BOND and that of 75% sodium fluoride glycerin paste for dentine hypersensitivity. Methods In 112 patients diagnosed as occlusal dentine hypersensitivity，196 teeth were randomly divided into two groups. The test group including 56 cases （103 teeth）was treated using CLEAFILTM SE BOND. The control group including 56 cases （93 teeth）was treated by 75% sodium fluoride glycerin. Instant and 3 months’ postoperative efficacy was compared in the same standard. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in instant efficacy，but there was significant difference in 3 months. Efficacy of CLEAFILTM SE BOND was obviously better than sodium fluoride glycerin paste. Conclusion CLEAFILTM SE BOND has good clinical efficacy for dentine hypersensitivity.
