应用“Z”、“V-Y”及横切纵缝成形术矫治舌系带过短

摘要： 目的 探讨“Z”、“V-Y”及横切纵缝成形术矫治舌系带过短的手术效果。方法 2005年2月至2007年12月，在广西医科大学口腔医学院颌面外科应用“Z”、“V-Y”及横切纵缝成形术矫治舌系带过短患者186例，其中横切纵缝法例147，“Z”成形术法31例、“V-Y”成形术法8例。结果 横切纵缝法对Ⅰ、Ⅱ度舌系带过短有较好的效果;“Z”及“V-Y”成形术对Ⅲ度舌系带过短有较好的效果，术后舌体形状正常，伸舌运动及语音功能无障碍。结论 根据舌系带过短的严重程度选择不同的手术方法才能获得较好的治疗效果。

Abstract: Use of Z and V-Y and horizontal-to-vertical plasty for tongue-tie. JIANG Qin-yu， LI Ting， SUN Jin-hu. Guangxi Medical University， Nanning 530021， China
Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Z and V-Y and horizontal-to-vertical plasty for tongue-tie. Methods The data of 186 patients with tongue-tie treated by Z or V-Y or horizontal-to-vertical plasty were analyzed to evaluate the effect of operation and phonetic sound 1 year after operation. Totally 147 cases of the total were operated by horizontal-to-vertical plasty， 31 cases by Z plasty， 8 cases by V-Y plasty. Results The horizontal-to-vertical and Z plasty were the ideal surgical method for Ⅰ°、Ⅱ° tongue-tie， and Z and V-Y plasty for Ⅲ°tongue-tie. One year after surgical treatment，there were no phonologic disorders caused by tongue. Conclusion In order to get ideal effect of surgical treatment and phonetic sound，the proper surgical methods should be chosen for patients with different severity of tongue-tie .
