口腔与皮肤共患的免疫性疾病

  • 作者简介:张英，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔急诊·黏膜病科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔急诊专业委员会副主任委员、中西医结合专业委员会委员，辽宁省口腔黏膜专业学组常务副主任委员，辽宁省免疫学会常务理事，国际牙齿创伤学学会会员（IADT），国际口腔激光应用学会中国专家委员会委员，中国整形美容协会口腔整形美容分会理事，辽宁省及沈阳市医疗事故鉴定委员会专家库成员。负责及参与国家级、省级科研课题4 项。发表论文30 余篇，参编著作3 部。获辽宁省科技创新活动三等奖1 项，沈阳市职工创新活动三等奖1项。

摘要：

随着对免疫机理不断深入的认识，口腔与全身疾病的关系越来越受关注。现就超敏反应疾病、自身免疫病、免疫缺陷病、器官移植排斥反应、肿瘤等5类口腔与皮肤共患的免疫性疾病的临床表现特点进行简要阐述，并对这5类疾病的指导性诊疗建议进行论述，为临床医生提供帮助。

Abstract:

As the mechanisms of immune are recognized deeper and deeper， the relationship between oral and systemic diseases has become increasingly important. This article briefly elaborates oral and skin clinical characteristics of the five diseases including hypersensitivity， autoimmune diseases， immunodeficiency disease， organ transplantation rejection， and tumor. Besides，the guiding significance of the treatment of these five diseases is discussed， offering help for clinicians while curing illness.
