Abstract: Tooth fracture caused by dental trauma is a common oral disease，and crown-root fracture is one of the challenges confronted in clinical practice，especially when it occurs in the maxillary anterior area. The therapeutic aim should take health，function and esthetics into account，which can usually be achieved by detailed clinical examination，comprehensive aesthetic treatment plan as well as precise and strict implementation. The case report presented the integrate treatment course of one case of maxillary anterior crown root fracture，including the clinical examination，diagnosis，aesthetic design and minimally invasive treatment plan，the specific implementation process of the treatment plan，and the long-term follow-up clinical effect after treatment，attempting to provide empirical support for the diagnosis and treatment of similar cases.
