Tae-Joong Kim，Myeong Seon Kim 2019, 35(12): 1308-1311.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2019120104 Abstract ( )   Both single-port laparoscopic hysterectomy and vNOTES hysterectomy are to maximize the benefits of minimally invasive approach.vNOTES is vaginal single-port surgery and can be considered as an ideal approach for hysterectomy.It has several benefits over laparoscopic hysterectomy and vaginal total hysterectomy.But，there are few study results about vNOTES hysterectomy.We will discuss the possible benefits and challenging points of both approaches for hysterectomy.

Application of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery in gynecological malignant tumors. WANG Yan-zhou，LIANG Zhi-qing 2019, 35(12): 1318-1320.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2019120107 Abstract ( )   Minimally invasive treatment is of great significance to gynecological tumors.Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery（LESS）and natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery（NOTES）are recent advances in the field of minimally invasive treatment.At present，a variety of gynecological benign surgery can be managed by LESS or NOTES surgery，and achieved good clinical results.Operation for gynecologic malignancies are complicated，and LESS and NOTES surgery are still controversial for the treatment of gynecologic malignancies.At present，domestic and foreign scholars have made some useful attempts to apply NOTES surgery to malignant tumors.Preliminary data have confirmed the feasibility of these procedure，but due to the small operating space，the operation is difficult，and the operation skills still need to be developed.Based on the experience of our hospital's initial exploration，this article briefly explains the current situation，advantages，difficulties and technical experience in the application of NOTES surgery for gynecological malignancies.

Application of robot-assisted Laparoscopy in gynecological natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery. JI Mei，LIU Ya-fen 2019, 35(12): 1321-1324.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2019120108 Abstract ( )   Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery（NOTES）is a new revolutionary surgical technique developed in the field of minimally invasive surgery.It uses endoscope to enter the chest，abdominal cavity，and so on for a variety of endoscopic operations through the natural cavity of the human body（such as mouth，stomach，vagina，bladder，rectum，etc.）.Conventional NOTES is two-dimensional visualization，and the application of robotic system to NOTES can achieve three-dimensional visualization.Currently，robot-assisted NOTES in gynecologic surgeries mainly include R-LESS（Robot-assisted Laparoendoscopic Single-site Surgery）and robot-assisted vNOTES（transvaginal NOTES）.The application of robot-assisted laparoscopy in gynecological natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery is reviewed and discussed in this paper.

At present，there are two common surgeries-transvaginal and trans-umbilical，and there are many advantages，including quick postoperative recovery，incisional cosmesis，rapid postoperative pain relief，and shorter hospital stay.However，different complications may occur after natural orifice surgery，such as entry-related complications，bleeding，and adjacent organ injury.The key to reducing surgical complications can be achieved by strictly following the indications and improving the operative skills of natural orifice surgery.

LIU Juan，FU Hua-ying 2019, 35(12): 1329-1332.  DOI: 10.19538/j.fk2019120111 Abstract ( )   In recent years，due to the coming of aging society，pelvic floor dysfunction（PFD）has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of obstetrics and gynecology worldwide.At present，surgery is the preferred treatment for moderate to severe PFD patients.With the development of minimally invasive surgery technology and the renewal of minimally invasive concept，PFD treatment options have been improved continuously.Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery has been applied to gynecological surgery because of its fast recovery，slight pain and being without abdominal incision.Although the development of minimally invasive surgery provides more surgical options，different surgical methods have their advantages and disadvantages，and they should be controlled.Therefore，the age，symptoms，signs，medical history and general condition of the patients should be comprehensively evaluated to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
