Abstract: Benign ovarian tumors are common diseases in female reproductive system. Surgery is the first choice for treatment. Tumor-free principle is a basic concept of surgery. Strict adherence to this principle in surgical procedure plays an important role in improving the quality of operation and the prognosis of patients.

摘要： 卵巢良性肿瘤是女性常见的生殖系统疾病，主要通过手术治疗。无瘤原则是外科手术的一个基本概念，严格遵守手术过程中的无瘤防御原则对于提高手术效果和改善患者预后具有重要作用。
