Abstract: The tumor-free principle is a surgical concept and measure，which aims to reduce tumor implantation and recurrence. The route of hysterectomy due to benign uterine disease includes transabdominal hysterectomy，laparoscopic hysterectomy（including robotic surgery），and vaginal hysterectomy，and the tumor-free defensive measures should be taken，including protection of incision，preventing the leakage of diseased tissue，enlarging the scope of resection in time，prevention of contamination of surgical instruments by diseased tissues，complete resection of adjacent diseased tissue，and postoperative flushing of the surgical field. Tumor-free defense should also emphasize the cooperation between doctors and nurses，and be carried out  through the whole process from pre-operation to post-operation.

摘要： 无瘤原则是一个外科手术的概念和措施，目的是为了减少肿瘤的种植与复发。因子宫良性疾病子宫切除手术路径包括经腹子宫切除术、腹腔镜子宫切除术（含机器人手术）、阴式子宫切除术，应采取手术切口保护、防止病变组织渗漏、及时扩大手术范围、避免病变组织污染手术器械、邻近病变组织完整切除、术后冲洗术野等无瘤防御措施。无瘤防御还应强调术中医护配合并贯穿术前、术中和术后的整个过程。
