Significance of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing pelvic floor defects.

磁共振成像在盆底结构异常中的诊断意义

Abstract:

Pelvic organ prolapse quantification system has limitations of direct assessment of surgical anatomy,but magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) can clarify a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse.Static images are mainly used to observe the defects of pelvic sling.Dynamic images are used to evaluate the grade of pelvic organ prolapse.It helps to determine appropriate surgical procedure.However,there is no uniform standard for the diagnosis of POP degree in MRI,and the correlation coefficients between different diagnostic criteria and clinical examination are different.Although MRI is an important diagnostic resource of pelvic floor dysfunction,it cannot replace clinical examination completely.

摘要:

盆腔器官脱垂定量分期法评价脱垂程度具有局限性,磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)可以确定盆腔器官脱垂的类型,近年来越来越多应用于盆底结构异常的诊断。静态MRI主要用来观察盆底支持结构缺陷,动态MRI主要用于评估盆腔器官脱垂程度。对于临床确定盆底缺陷类型、制定合适的手术方案有指导意义。但目前MRI对盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP )程度的诊断尚无统一标准,各个诊断标准与临床检查的相关性也不同。因此,MRI可以作为辅助诊断盆底结构异常的良好工具,但不能完全取代临床检查。
