Abstract:
Women's vagina is a complicated,delicate,unique and dynamic micro-ecosystem.Vaginal microbiota(VM) is one of the core aspects of micro-ecosystem study.Within the past years,the noticeable development of molecular biological techniques provides a brand new approach of VM research,especially the study of metagenomics based on high throughput sequencing techniques,by which significant progresses have been made in the perception of VM’s structural composition and genetic functions.Furthermore,it opens a new era of VM research and underlying disease interrelationships.

摘要:
女性阴道是一个复杂、独特、动态变化的微生态体系。阴道微生态菌群(vaginal microbiota,VM)是微生态研究的核心内容。近年来,分子生物学技术的快速发展为阴道微生态研究提供了全新的方法和思路,尤其是基于高通量测序技术的宏基因组学研究,使人们对阴道菌群的结构及基因功能的认知取得了突破性的进展,开启了阴道菌群与疾病相关性研究的新时代。
