Radical trachelectomy in early cervical cancer: surgical approach and fertility preservation.

Abstract

Abstract:

With the earlier detection of invasive cervical cancer，fertility preservation is increasingly needed.Radical trachelectomy (RT) can be performed vaginally or abdominally (laparotomic，laparoscopic or robotic).The aim of this article was to compare all described techniques performed in patients with cervical cancer eligible for fertility-sparing surgery，in terms of surgical approach employed，surgical outcomes，subsequent fertility rate and obstetrical outcomes.

摘要：

随着早期宫颈浸润癌的发病逐渐年轻化，保留生育功能的宫颈癌根治术日益受到关注。目前根治性宫颈切除术可以选择经阴道、腹式、经腹腔镜和机器人等手术途径。文章对各种不同手术方式的特点、手术指征、一些关键技术和术后生育问题进行阐述。
