Abstract: The use of antenatal corticosteroid is an important prenatal intervention to promote fetal lung maturity and improve the prognosis of preterm infants. It is an independent protective factor for the survival of preterm infants. At the same time，attention should be paid to its potential long-term effects on the nervous system of the offspring.

摘要： 产前应用激素是促进胎儿肺成熟、改善早产儿预后的重要产前干预措施，是早产儿存活的独立保护因素，与此同时，需注意早产使用激素对子代神经系统潜在的远期影响。
