Abstract:

With the implementation of the two-child policy and the increase of cesarean section rate，there has been an increase in the incidence of CSP，which endangers the lives of reproductive-age women.The treatments for CSP include drug therapy，laparoscopic surgery，uterine artery embolization，etc.Laparoscopic surgery has dual function of diagnosis and treatment because of its advantage of being minimally invasive，visual and accurate.This review focuses on the indications，contraindications，complications and surgical skills in performing hysteroscopic surgery for CSP.

摘要：

随着“二孩”政策的放开和剖宫产率的上升，剖宫产瘢痕妊娠发生率呈上升趋势，严重危害育龄期妇女的生命安全。其治疗方法包括药物治疗、宫腹腔镜手术治疗、子宫动脉栓塞等。宫腔镜因其微创、可视、精准的优势在治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠中兼具诊断和清除妊娠病灶的双重作用。文章着重分析宫腔镜手术应用于剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的适应证、禁忌证、并发症及手术技巧。
