摘要：

        腹腔热灌注化疗（hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy，HIPEC）是一种治疗盆腹腔内恶性肿瘤、残余肿瘤的手段，自1980年被Spratt等［1］首次报道后，一直用于消化道肿瘤发生腹膜腔转移的患者。目前已有Ⅰ级证据证实，HIPEC在治疗和预防胃癌、结直肠癌、腹膜假黏液瘤、腹膜恶性间皮瘤等肿瘤的腹膜种植方面具有良好的效果，特别对于腹膜假黏液瘤和恶性腹腔积液的控制，HIPEC具有独特的优势［2-4］。
