摘要:

电凝电流使细胞内的水分蒸发以达到止血的目的。“两区,两界,三层,六结构”以及腹主动脉下段“沿途”五个“路标”对于应用单极电钩开展盆腹腔淋巴结的切除提供了清晰的思路。输尿管三级供血原理为避免输尿管热损伤提供了可靠的解剖学基础。

Abstract:

Abstract: Electrocoagulation leads to the cell water evaporation, effectively controlling hemorrhage. “Five marks” on distal abdominal aorta, “two regions”, “two bounds”, “three layers” and “six structures” provide guidance and direction for application of pelvic and celiac lymphadenectomy by monopolar electrotome. The three-level blood supply of ureter can avoid thermal damage anatomically.
