保留生育功能宫颈癌患者妊娠结局及其相关问题

摘要：

无论是宫颈锥切还是根治性宫颈切除，都对女性生殖道的解剖结构和组织功能造成改变，从而对受孕能力、妊娠过程和妊娠结局造成影响。术后妊娠能否成功的关键是要正确掌握子宫颈癌保留生育功能治疗的适应证、治疗方法、注意事项, 及时处理妊娠过程中出现的各种问题。

关键词: 宫颈锥切, 根治性宫颈切除, 宫颈癌, 妊娠, 产科处理

Abstract:

Abstract：Obstetric management of women with fertility-sparing treatment of early-stage cervical cancer remains a challenge to the obstetrician. We conclude with a discussion of proposed recommendations for obstetric management of pregnancy within this group of patients.
