Ovarian and tubal diseases affecting female fertility.

摘要： 女性的生育力是指女性产生健康的卵母细胞、正常受精并孕育胎儿的能力。影响女性生育力的重要疾病可以概括为卵巢相关疾病、输卵管相关疾病、子宫相关疾病，但这些疾病影响女性生育力的具体机制尚不明确。文章主要对影响女性生育力的卵巢和输卵管相关疾病，以及具体机制进行总结，提出应重视疾病对女性生育力的影响，积极开展基础研究，为女性生育力的保护提供理论支持。

Abstract: Female fertility refers to the ability to produce healthy oocyte，to fertilize with sperm，and to carry a fetus till delivery.Important diseases affecting female fertility can be summarized as ovary-related diseases，tube-related diseases and uterus-related diseases.However，the mechanism of these diseases affecting female fertility is still unclear.Here we mainly summarize ovarian and tubal diseases affecting female fertility and the specific mechanism.We suggest that attention should be paid to the diseases affecting female fertility，and basic research should be carried out to support studies on female fertility preservation.
