摘要： 长效可逆避孕方法（LARC）是目前公认的高效可逆避孕方法，提高其在人群中的使用率对女性生殖健康及女性生育力保护十分重要。育龄妇女及其他特殊时期的女性均有不同的生理特点和避孕需求。文章拟介绍长效可逆避孕方法的适用人群及其使用要点。

Abstract: Long-acting reversible contraception is a safe and highly effective contraceptive method for most women. Increasing its use rate in the population is important for female reproductive health. Women in different stages have different physiological characteristics and contraceptive needs. This article intends to introduce the population suitable for long-acting reversible contraceptive use.
