摘要：

反复体外受精（IVF）失败一直是辅助生殖过程中的痛点，输卵管一直被认为仅仅是一种用于运输的管道，忽略了其在胚胎着床过程中起到的重要作用。IVF反复失败的原因主要为胚胎因素，子宫内膜容受性以及其他因素。文章主要围绕各类输卵管病变对上述3个因素产生的影响，分析各种输卵管慢性炎性病变与IVF失败的关系。

关键词: 体外受精, 输卵管阻塞, 子宫内膜容受性, 胚胎植入, 输卵管积水

Abstract:

Repeated IVF failure has been a pain point in the assisted reproductive process.The fallopian tube has long been considered as a conduit for transportation，ignoring its important role in embryo implantation.The main reasons for the repeated failure of IVF are embryonic factors，endometrial receptivity and other factors.The article mainly focuses on the effects of various types of fallopian tube lesions on the above three factors，and analyzes the relationship between various oviduct chronic inflammatory lesions and IVF failure.
