摘要：

POP-Q评分体系应用于临床20余年，已成为目前公认并通用的评估盆腔器官脱垂的分期体系。但临床实践中也发现其存在不足和缺陷。文章详解了POP-Q分期的内容、其与盆腔器官脱垂的关系、对临床治疗的指导及对疗效的评价意义，并结合自己的经验和文献，阐述了其缺陷和不足。

Abstract:

Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification system（POP-Q） has been applied to clinic for more than 20 years.Now it has been widely used and become the standard in clinical medicine and research.After years of practice，POP-Q is found not perfect.The author elaborates the relationship of POP-Q with pelvic organ prolapse，the guidance and significance of POP-Q system in the diagnosis and treatment of POP.Additionally，some of its shortcomings are also discussed and analyzed.
