心肺复苏后的脑损伤与功能保护

Abstract: With the promotion and popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology, the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation has increased; however, the prognosis of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation has not been significantly improved.Brain damage is the main cause of death and disability.Therefore,reducing brain damage is the key and difficult point of treatment following cardiac arrest.This paper reviewed the measures of neuroprotection after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

摘要: 随着心肺复苏技术的推广和普及,心脏骤停患者救治成功率在提升,但心肺复苏成功后患者预后仍然不容乐观,脑损伤是致死致残的主要原因,减轻心肺复苏后的脑损伤是心脏骤停后治疗的重点和难点,现就心肺复苏后脑功能保护治疗措施进行述评。

关键词:
