Abstract: Respiratory diseases remain a major global public health challenge in children.This article provides a comprehensive review of recent diagnosis and treatment advancements in pediatric respiratory infections，bronchial asthma，chronic respiratory diseases and rare respiratory diseases，as well as respiratory interventions and rehabilitation over the past two years.Furthermore，it explores future development directions and challenges，offering valuable insights for pediatric clinicians.
