Abstract: Gastroesophageal varices and variceal bleeding are one of the gastrointestinal emergencies.Gastroscopy is the golden standard for screening esophageal and gastric varices and assessing the risk of bleeding.Endoscopic treatment includes endoscopic injection sclerotherapy，endoscopic variceal ligation and endoscopic glue injection therapy. The article introduces endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal varices in children to provide clinical reference.

摘要： 食管胃静脉曲张及其破裂出血，是常见的消化道急症之一。胃镜是筛查食管胃静脉曲张及评估出血风险的金标准，内镜下治疗包括内镜下硬化剂注射术、内镜下曲张静脉套扎术、组织黏合剂（组织胶）注射等方法，文章对儿童食管胃静脉曲张的内镜下诊断及治疗方法进行阐述，以供临床借鉴。
