Interpretation of ELSO guidelines for pediatric extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation

摘要： 体外心肺复苏（extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation，ECPR）是利用体外膜氧合（extracorporeal membrane oxygenation，ECMO）进行心肺复苏（cardiopulmonary resuscitation，CPR）的技术。为了进一步提高心搏骤停的存活率，改善远期神经系统预后，体外生命支持组织（Extracorporeal Life Support Organization，ELSO）于2021年制定了儿科ECPR指南，对ECPR的团队建设、决策、时机和实施等方面做出了详细指导，该文对指南建议内容进行解读。

Abstract: Extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the technique of cardiopulmonary resuscitation using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. To further improve the survival rate of cardiac arrest and improve the long-term neurological outcomes，the Extracorporeal Life Support Group developed pediatric ECPR guidelines in 2021. Detailed guidance is provided on decision and timing of ECPR，team building，and implementation of ECPR. This article interprets the recommended content of the guidelines.
