儿科呼吸系统药物临床综合评价的方法学建议

摘要： 儿科临床呼吸系统用药存在诸多问题， 亟需开展临床综合评价， 明确最适宜的治疗药物或药物治疗方案，同时为政府在药品遴选等决策方面提供数据依据。儿科呼吸系统药物临床综合评价的方法学建议包括以下5个部分内容： （1）主题遴选； （2）评价维度； （3）评价方法与数据来源； （4）评价结果报告； （5）结果评审与转化。未来可探索建立儿科呼吸系统药物临床综合评价指南， 推动基于真实世界数据的儿科呼吸系统药物临床综合评价。

Abstract: Because there are many problems in using respiratory medicine in children，it is urgent to carry out comprehensive clinical evaluation to determine the most appropriate therapeutic drugs or treatment programs，and to provide data basis for the government to make drug selection and other decisions. The methodology of comprehensive clinical evaluation of pediatric respiratory medicine includes the following five parts：（1）subject selection；（2）evaluation dimension；（3）evaluation method and data source；（4）report of evaluation result；（5）result review and transformation. In the future，more attention should be paid to the establishment of guidelines to promote the comprehensive clinical evaluation of pediatric respiratory medicine based on real-world data.
