摘要： Peutz-Jeghers综合征（PJS）是一种以胃肠道多发错构瘤性息肉为主要特征的常染色体显性遗传病，可引发肠套叠、肠梗阻等并发症。内镜技术在儿科中广泛应用，已成为PJS息肉的主要治疗方法，但术后可能出现消化道出血、穿孔、胰腺炎等并发症。该文通过对儿童PJS内镜治疗的术后并发症及外科手术时机的选择进行阐述，探讨儿童PJS的规范化诊治。

Abstract: Peutz-Jeghers syndrome（PJS）is an autosomal dominant syndrome characterized by the development of multiple hamartomatous polyps throughout the gastrointestinal tract，which can lead to complications such as intussusception and intestinal obstruction.With the application of endoscopic techniques in pediatrics，endoscopic polypectomy has become the primary treatment for PJS polyps.However，postoperative complications including gastrointestinal bleeding，perforation，and pancreatitis may occur.This article elucidates postoperative complications of endoscopic therapy in children with PJS and the selection of the timing of surgery，aiming to explore standardized diagnosis and treatment approaches to pediatric PJS.
