摘要： 儿童代谢功能障碍相关脂肪肝疾病（MAFLD）是一种常见的慢性肝病，其发病率近年来呈上升趋势，与肥胖、代谢综合征等因素密切相关。膳食管理在儿童MAFLD的治疗和预防中具有至关重要的地位。文章总结了儿童 MAFLD的膳食管理策略，基于科学证据，为临床医生提供参考，从而改善儿童MAFLD患者的营养状况，推动疾病的缓解和肝功能的恢复。

Abstract: Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease（MAFLD）in children is a common chronic liver disease，and its incidence is increasing in recent years，which is closely related to obesity，metabolic syndrome and other factors.Dietary management plays an important role in the treatment and prevention of MAFLD in children.This paper summarizes the dietary management strategies of children's MAFLD and based on scientific evidence， this paper provides reference for clinicians，so as to improve the nutritional status of children with MAFLD and promote the remission of the disease and the recovery of liver function.
