摘要： 小探头超声（miniprobe ultrasonography，MPS）在结直肠息肉病变诊治中有重要临床应用价值。结直肠息肉内镜切除术前行MPS内镜检查可有效诊断儿童结直肠息肉，并准确了解结直肠息肉的来源，为其治疗方式提供重要依据，减少并发症的发生。该文对结直肠MPS检查的特点、方法、临床应用等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Miniprobe ultrasonography （MPS） has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal polyp lesions. Before the endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps，miniprobe ultrasonography examination can effectively diagnose colorectal polyps in children and accurately understand the source of colorectal polyps. MPS provides an important basis for the treatment methods，and reduce the occurrence of complications. This paper reviews the characteristics，methods，and clinical application of colorectal MPS.
