长期生存的造血干细胞移植患者生存质量评估

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

生存质量对于造血干细胞移植后长期生存患者具有重要意义。造血干细胞移植对成人患者在不同方面、不同程度地影响到生存质量，使生存质量下降，而对儿童患者并无明显不良影响。造血干细胞移植后患者生存质量受慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)、晚期并发症、体能状况、精神状态、年龄、性别、经济状况、移植类型、性格、工作状况、婚姻状况、性功能情况等诸多因素影响。加强对移植后患者的管理和随访、及时有效地控制cGVHD等并发症、适当的锻炼等措施可提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract:

Abstract：Quality of life is very important to long-term survivors after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).HSCT has negative effects on quality of life in adult patients，but not in childhood patients.Multiple factors will affect the quality of life including chronic graft-versus-host-disease (cGVHD)，late complications，physical functioning，psychosocial status，age，gender，economic survivorship stress，personality，work status，marital status，transplantation types and sexual problems.Enhancing administration and following up of post-HSCT patients，treatment of cGVHD and reasonable exercise can improve quality of life in long-term survivors after HSCT.
