Abstract: Implant restoration has become one of the main treatment methods for dentition defect and edentulism. As an important connection between the implant and the superstructures，the abutment plays an important role in the success of implant restoration. The choice of abutment will affect the clinical effect of implant restoration and the occurrence of technical complication. This paper reviews the comparative studies on biomechanics and clinical application effect of customized abutments and prefabricated abutments.

摘要： 种植修复已成为牙列缺损和牙列缺失的主要治疗方式之一。基台作为种植体与上部结构间的重要连接部分，对种植修复的成功起着重要的作用。基台的选择将影响着种植修复的临床效果及机械并发症的发生。文章就个性化基台和成品基台在生物力学及临床应用效果方面的对比研究做一综述。
