Abstract:

The microflora in the root canal and periapical tissues is closely related to the occurrence，the development and the treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth. Additionally，there may be a correlation between the microflora and the clinical symptoms and the radiologic appearances. The aim of this article was to review the research progress in the content mentioned above in order to learn about the related microflora and its relationship with clinical symptoms or imaging manifestations.

摘要：

乳牙根尖周组织炎症的发生、发展及治疗效果与感染根管和根尖周病损组织内微生物的存在密切相关，不同的微生物可能与不同的临床症状及影像学表现有关联。为了解乳牙根尖周病相关微生物及其与临床症状或影像学表现的关系，文章就近年来乳牙根尖周病相关微生物的研究进展做一综述。
