Abstract:

Recently，various kinds of minimally invasive extraction techniques have been increasingly used in the extraction of impacted mandibular third molar；however，the evaluation of surgical trauma is in lack of quantitative index. The level of postoperative swelling could objectively reflect the surgical trauma after extractions. For now，frequently-used methods for evaluation of postoperative swelling after extraction of impacted mandibular third molar include visual analogue scale of swelling，direct measurement，3-dimensional optical measurement and so on. The principals of these methods vary，and their precision of evaluation varies as well. This paper summarizes the methods recently-used in evaluation of postoperative swelling after extraction of impacted mandibular third molar，compares their merits and demerits，and analyzes their value of clinical application.

摘要：

近年来，各种微创拔牙方法被越来越多地应用于下颌阻生第三磨牙的拔除，但对其手术创伤的评估缺乏客观量化的指标。牙拔除术后肿胀度能较为客观地反映手术创伤程度。目前常用于评估下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后肿胀度的方法包括肿胀视觉模拟评分法、直接测量法及光学3D测量法等，这些方法的评估原理不同，评估精确性也存在一定的差异。文章就以上几种评估方法的研究进展做一综述，并分析其优缺点及临床应用价值。
