Abstract:

The Dental Home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient，inclusive of all aspects of oral health care delivered in a comprehensive，continuously accessible，coordinated，and family-centered way. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry （AAPD）supports the concept of a Dental Home as an oral health prevention model for all children and adolescents in the light of the Medical Home proposed and developed by the American academy of pediatrics （AAP） in 1992. This article mainly summarize the Dental Home，introduce the concepts， characteristics，establishment methods， service and job contents of related roles， thus provide a reference model of children′s oral health care in our country.

摘要：

牙科之家是医务人员和患者之间的持续性关系，通过全面、持续、协调、以家庭为中心的方式提供口腔卫生保健。美国儿童口腔医学会 （American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry，AAPD）参照美国儿科医学会 （American Academy of Pediatrics，AAP） 1992年提出并不断发展的医疗之家（Medical Home）模式，推出了针对所有儿童和青少年的口腔健康管理模式——牙科之家（Dental Home）。文章就牙科之家这一模式进行概述，介绍其概念、特点、建立方法、服务内容和相关角色的主要工作内容，为我国儿童口腔健康管理提供一个可借鉴的参考模式。
