无托槽隐形矫治技术中的功能牙合考量

Abstract:

The goal of orthodontic treatment is the harmony between function and aesthetics,and clear aligner treatment should also follow this principle. Since the movement of the condylar hinge axis can′t be simulated in the treatment planning by the software,dynamic functional occlusion should be incorporated into the planning of clear aligner treatment. The disk-condyle relationship should be stabilized before orthodontic treatment,the three dimensional direction of occlusion should be made in the physiological central relationship position of the mandible. During treatment planning,close attention should be paid to the coordination between the incisor protection and curve of spee in the sagittal direction as well as the coordination between the canine protection and the Wilson curve transversely. Occlusion monitoring should be carried out throughout the clear aligner treatment.

摘要:

正畸治疗的目标是功能与美观的和谐统一,无托槽隐形矫治技术也应遵循此原则。由于无托槽隐形矫治在软件设计过程中无法模拟髁突铰链轴的运动,因此我们应将动态的功能牙合纳入隐形矫治的设计中。在矫治开始前要确保盘髁关系的稳定,在下颌生理性正中关系位进行牙齿咬合三维方向的设计,制定矫治计划时在矢状向要关注切牙保护与纵牙合曲线的协调,在横向要关注尖牙保护与横牙合曲线的协调,并且在矫治全程均应进行咬合监控。
