Abstract:

Perforator flaps have increasingly been used to reconstruct oral and maxillofacial-head and neck defects. They offer several advantages over nonperforator-based flaps with lower donor site morbidity and a versatile range of reconstructive options. The lower limb perforator flaps are well used in the head and neck and get a reliable result. The most popularly used perforator flaps in the lower limb were reviewed on their anatomy，clinical applications，and role in head and neck reconstruction. We found that perforator flaps are now mainstream reconstructive options in the head and neck surgeon's armamentarium.

摘要：

血管化游离组织皮瓣的应用使得口腔颌面-头颈部组织缺损修复水平得到明显提高。近年来，随着穿支皮瓣概念和技术的发展，显微修复重建再上一个新的台阶。文章对目前在口腔颌面-头颈部缺损重建中常用的下肢穿支皮瓣进行了总结，分析其解剖基础和临床应用，并探讨其在口腔颌面-头颈部组织缺损修复中的应用前景。
