Abstract:

Migraine is the most common primary headache. Besides the typical throbbing and unilateral headache，it can also involve the facial pain and other local neurological symptoms. Therefore，this article tried to discuss the internal relationship between them based on the pathogenesis，clinical manifestation，diagnosis and treatment，so that the oral mucosal specialists could have a  dialectical way of looking at the relationship between the oral cavity and the whole body，in order to extend the thought about the research，diagnosis and treatment of the diseases of oral mucosa.

摘要：

偏头痛是最常见的一种原发性头痛，由于其临床表现除典型单侧搏动性头痛外，还涉及口面部疼痛及其他局部神经症状，易与某些口腔黏膜病混淆。因此，文章尝试从发病机制、临床表现、诊疗方案等方面分析偏头痛与口腔黏膜病之间可能存在的内在联系，以利于辩证看待口腔与全身的关系，拓展对口腔黏膜病研究及诊疗的思维。
