Abstract:

Coronal restoration of endodontically treated teeth may be viewed as one of the main parameters that influence the outcome of endodontic treatment. A series of problems，such as root canal orifice sealing，dentin conditioning and basing，always appear in the bonding procedures. The aim of this article was to introduce these clinical problems and their managements.

冠部修复的质量是影响根管治疗后患牙远期效果的重要因素之一。临床上，根管治疗后牙体进行粘接修复时常面临一系列问题，如根管口的封闭、牙本质表面预处理及髓室垫底等，文章就此类问题及对策做一介绍。
