Abstract:

Objective    To investigate the clinical results of treatment for upper labial impacted canines by modified Nance arch. Methods    Thirty cases of the upper labial impacted canines were chosen with a greater possibility of successful guided eruption. All cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given the modified Nance arch as anchorage. Control group was treated with the straight wire technique；compare the treatment effect of the two groups. Results    All impacted canines of treatment group were moved to the normal position，no roots resorption. The time of traction and comprehensive treatment was significantly reduced compared with control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion    The treatment of the upper labial impacted canines using modified Nance arch effects significant and worthy of promotion.

摘要：

目的    探讨使用改良Nance托牵引装置矫治唇侧埋伏阻生上颌尖牙的临床疗效。方法    选取2010—2016年陆军总医院口腔科门诊收治的上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙且临床评估有较大把握导萌患者30例，随机分为2组，每组15例。治疗组采用改良Nance托牵引装置作为支抗协助导萌，对照组采用常规直丝弓矫治技术，比较2组治疗效果。结果    30例患者均导萌成功，埋伏阻生尖牙均移至理想位置，咬合关系良好，牙周情况良好，无明显牙龈退缩和牙根吸收。治疗组尖牙牵引时间和综合治疗时间显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论    改良Nance托牵引装置协助导萌上颌唇侧埋伏阻生尖牙的矫治效果显著，值得临床推广。
