Abstract:

Tooth agenesis not only affects beauty and the function of chew， but also affects physical and mental development of children. So the society and parents pay more attention to tooth agenesis. Tooth agenesis includes non-syndromic tooth agenesis and syndromic tooth agenesis. In this paper， the syndromes associated with tooth agenesis will be introduced in brief.

摘要：

先天缺牙不仅影响患儿的咀嚼功能、美观，还会对患儿心理造成不同程度的影响。先天缺牙包括单纯性先天缺牙和综合征型先天缺牙；综合征型先天缺牙相对少见，临床表现较为严重，同时伴有其他器官和系统的异常。现对与先天缺牙相关的全身综合征做一介绍。
